Deleted Account/Blog Created New w/ cant get same blog name

I created a new google account but immediatly deleted it to release blog name to another google account I already had. BUT when I tried to create blog with that other google account it said it was not available. 	Cannot Sign In AND Language issues!

	Readers login in to my blog get an error.
	When people who have been invited to my blog try to login in they get the following message in the password area of the login screen: Your request could not be processed. Please try again. 	Colours of Comments same as background

	So I would like to post comments on my friend's blogs, but I can't. In fact when I leave my dash board to view the blogs, I'm not signed in, but when I click sign in, it brings me to my dash board as signed in! Is this a bug or something?
